Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy Effective Date: March 2025 At ElektraMed, we understand that plans may change. To ensure the best experience for all our clients, we have established the following cancellation policy. 1. Appointment Cancellations Cancellations must be made at least 72 hours before the scheduled appointment. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment may be subject to a cancellation fee of [100% or fixed amount]. No-shows will be charged full service price. 2. Rescheduling Policy Clients may reschedule appointments at least 48 hours in advance without penalty. Rescheduling within 24 hours of the appointment may incur a rescheduling fee. 3. Late Arrivals Late arrivals of more than 10 minutes (depending on the services availed) may result in a shortened session without a price adjustment. If you are more than 30 minutes late, we may need to reschedule your appointment, and a rescheduling fee may apply. 4. Group Bookings & Special Events Group bookings require at least 15 days' notice for cancellations. A deposit of 50% may be required for large bookings and is non-refundable if canceled within 7 days of the appointment. 5. Memberships & Packages Cancellations of prepaid packages or memberships are subject to the terms outlined in the membership agreement. No refunds will be issued for partially used packages. 6.
